They treated Bailey, my dog, with utmost respect and acknowledged that he was a major part of my life. They also acknowledged how much of a loss it was for me. They moved the body so I didn't have to do extra work. Their viewing room gave me the time to say goodbye to the most loyal friend I've ever had.
